ABOUT UNWIND – MY MINDFULNESS COURSE:
The purpose of this mindfulness course is to offer over-achieving and busy professional women a solution to feel balanced, settled, less stressed yet confident.
This course brings you a fresh perspective into mindfulness and will open up your possibilities. Each week, we will be exploring a new theme and dedicating our hour long practice to it.
