A friend called me yesterday. She said “you do Happiness well, here’s the s*** week I had” and then gave me all the details of what her week had been like.
She thought I’d walk her through how to reflect on what happened, what to learn from it and come to peace with her bad week. But hey. Not at all. Instead I’ve asked her what she could do right now to boost her mood. Like the best pick-me up she could think of (excluding alcohol you guys 😅).
